 FAQs

  • Yes most definitely. You can join the program at any stage in your pregnancy. This is why there is a monthly and yearly membership option.

  • If you haven’t exercised before, I recommend waiting until you have started the second trimester (13 weeks) to begin our program. If you are in doubt we recommend getting in touch with your midwife, obstetrician or GP to get clearance to exercise.

  • I recommend getting clearance from your medical professional before beginning any of the programs.

  • Absolutely not! The schedule is there to help those who prefer to follow a weekly program.

I filmed the workouts as I progressed through my pregnancy and scheduled the classes to the weeks I felt were appropriate. You can always save the workouts that you love by pressing the “bookmark” tab at the top of the video page. The video will be saved to “Your Content” in the “Account” section.

  • Your membership includes access to ALL our programs. You will be able to move between the Elevate Your Floor, Pregnancy, and Postpartum programs as you wish. You can even complete them at the same time.

You will also have access to a huge library of classes that Jess has filmed.

  • The various equipment needed for the workouts includes:

    • A yoga/pilates mat

    • Set of light weights (0.5 - 2kg)

    • Resistance band, or a booty band

    • Chair

  • Don’t fear - you can always complete the workout without the equipment - or you can improvise.

Be as creative as you like! See substitutes options below:

    • Pilates ball (substitute: Yoga block, rolled towel or pillow)

    • Set of light weights (0.5-2kg) (substitute: 2 x drink bottles or cans of chickpeas or beans)

    • Booty band - tie a resistance band in a loop

    • Yoga/Pilates mat - use a towel, playmat, or do on the carpet so save your knees

  • No, you will not be charged any cancellation fees. There are no lock in contracts so for example if you pay for one month then cancel, your membership will lapse after one month from signing up.

  • There are a few ways you can get support from Jess.

Firstly you can submit a question in the “FAQ” or “Meet Jess’ pages.

Secondly you can post in the Community Page and I will answer in the discussion board.
