Hi I’m Jess.

Jess Jenkins, known online as “The Mama Physio”, is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, educator, Pre and Postnatal Pilates Educator for Unite Health AND a mum of 3 under 3. She has worked extensively in both private practice and the public health system, including as an Advanced Practice Pelvic Health Physiotherapist.

Jess graduated with Honours from The University of Melbourne in 2012 and has gained broad clinical experience across Australia and the UK. With a background in both sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy and pelvic health, she brings a unique perspective to the assessment and treatment of complex conditions affecting movement, function, and quality of life.

Jess has over 10 years of experience teaching clinical and fitness Pilates and has been a course presenter for Unite Health and APPI for more than 5 years. Her signature “Ante and Postnatal Pilates” course has been taught to allied health and fitness professionals both nationally and internationally.

Jess treats a wide range of pelvic health and musculoskeletal conditions, with particular interests in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, and female pelvic pain. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based physiotherapy, Pilates, education, and exercise rehabilitation to help people move well, feel strong, and achieve their goals.
