Jess Jenkins, also known as ‘The Mama Physio’, is a highly experienced clinician, credentialed as an advanced practice physiotherapist, with extensive experience in both the public and private settings in Australia and the UK.

Jess specialises in pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, and women's musculoskeletal health.

She combines evidence-based physiotherapy, Pilates, education, and exercise to help women move confidently, feel strong, and return to the activities they love.
